Well, I left my helmet at this tiny, about a meter-wide dumpling place run by a friendly lady. Went back there three weeks later on a vague hunch, and got back my helmet!!! The lady had kept it safe, and remembered me from last time. She also happens to serve up steaming bowls of xiaolongbao, a plate for RMB 8, which are decidedly the most delicious I’ve had in the city. Juicy, flavorful, the yummy pork soup explodes in your mouth. Perfect snack! This place is next to the wet market at Fuxing Zhong Lu, near Xiangyang Lu.
