Baking Avocados with Eggs

A simple and delicious breakfast. Supposed to be healthy too! Get ripe avocados for this. Scoop out the pit and make a bit more space for an egg (yolk in the centre of the pit and the whites pouring outward), and pop it into a pre-heated oven. Mine was preheated for about 5 mins at 200 degrees Celsius, and I baked this for 20 minutes. This was seasoned with Cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt.
