Today I baked muffins – surprisingly easy. Looked up many recipes, and sorta combined elements of a few different ones. The basics are the key to making any kind of muffin – a dry mixture of flour + sugar + baking soda + salt + blueberries and a wet mixture of egg + oil + milk + yoghurt. Mixing those two into a really thick batter, and putting them in muffin cups, into the oven for 20 mins at 190 degree C, and you have some yummy muffins. Now that I’ve baked these, there are tons of possibilities with all sorts of fruits and flavours. You can choose to sprinkle a layer of ‘crumble’ made from flour + sugar + butter.
